I’m always in a bad place every June and December.

Because these specific months are traumatizing for me.

June 16 I lost my dad. 2019 was the 16th year anniversary.

December 15 will be the 3 year anniversary of my horrible incident. Trauma never leaves and I can remember clearly exactly what happened like it happened yesterday.

My heart is in pain and I always try to dig myself out of all the pain and heartache. But it’s hard not to be alone with my thoughts these times of the year. I just wish the holidays would give me happier times.
